Volunteers required for research study into balance control

Researchers in Trinity College Dublin are conducting a study to try to understand how balance exercises may help improve general balance ability as we grow older. The study will involve movement-based balance training programmes that have been developed using modern technology, namely the Nintendo Wii balance board.

We are seeking volunteers to take part in our study, which will take place over a series of 12 sessions across 3 to 4 weeks. You need to be 55 years or older, and be living in the community.
